Methodology

The Access Career project follows a structured and collaborative approach, combining research, training, and practical implementation. It begins with a needs analysis through surveys and focus groups with career counselors, HR professionals, and socially disadvantaged individuals to identify key barriers in career guidance.

Based on these insights, the project develops a tailored curriculum and training program for career counselors, equipping them with tools to support disadvantaged individuals effectively. The methodology also includes pilot workshops and co-development sessions where career guidance tools are tested, refined, and adapted to real-world needs.

A strong networking and dissemination strategy ensures the project’s impact extends beyond its duration. By fostering collaboration between career counselors, HR professionals, and social organizations, Access Career promotes long-term sustainability, policy influence, and broader adoption of inclusive career counseling practices.
