Based on these insights, the project develops a tailored curriculum and training program for career counselors, equipping them with tools to support disadvantaged individuals effectively. The methodology also includes pilot workshops and co-development sessions where career guidance tools are tested, refined, and adapted to real-world needs.
A strong networking and dissemination strategy ensures the project’s impact extends beyond its duration.
