Job Seekers

Handbook (coming soon)

A career self-management handbook for socially disadvantaged adults, co-designed with the target group. It guides users through a skills inventory, career exploration and planning, job-search and application aids, digital literacy and online presence, life skills, networking, financial literacy, and building the agency and confidence to take charge of their own career path.

Training Toolkit (coming soon)

A hands-on toolkit supporting the workshop cycle, with templates, checklists and short online modules. It walks users step by step through CV writing, interview preparation and identifying their strengths, interests and aspirations. Built for self-paced, independent use so participants keep developing skills after the workshops.

Job Market Insights (coming soon)

An accessible overview of current labour-market trends and opportunities relevant to disadvantaged job seekers. Drawing on the project’s labour-market module, it connects what employers are looking for with the user’s own planning, helping them make informed, realistic decisions about which paths and skills to pursue.

Training resources (coming soon)

A complementary set of around 10–15 resources —templates, checklists and brief online modules— extending the job-seeker handbook. Each targets a single self-management competency, so users pick exactly what they need, when they need it, for quick on-demand support.
