Developing training resources for Career Counselors

Over the past months, the partnership has laid a strong foundation of training resources for career counsellors. Following the initial needs assessment phase, partners developed a structured curriculum of nine units, covering essential topics such as personalized guidance strategies, labor market trends and digital tools for career development. The curriculum is supplemented with presentations, case studies and interactive exercises, all translated into five languages to enhance learning and engagement.
